We are looking to fill several positions for our 11th annual Fine Arts Film Festival that will be held virtually and in-person at select locations worldwide June 2024

Social Media Producer

Produce and manage daily announcements, advertisements and other content on social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat and other relevant social media sites. Generate and execute a positive forward-looking strategies for social media over the long term. You should do well in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong project management and organizational skills. Work with creatives to produce the necessary art and copy. 2+ years of experience in planning, executing and optimizing social marketing campaigns for art or entertainment industry brands • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr and YouTube ad management platforms with extensive knowledge of social ad formats and specs with the ability to explain them easily to our Graphic Artist. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Self-motivation with ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks • Outstanding written/verbal communication and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively. Artists are encouraged to apply. Please send website/portfolio to: juri@veniceica.org, and please include Social Media Producer in the subject line of your email. 

Art Researcher/Writer

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work/life experience required. Knowledge and love of art history, a strong while open point of view, keen awareness of the current and past art world and the ability to adapt to the changing dynamics that drive creative forces. Ability to Collaborate and work comfortably with a strong Editor. Projects include long and short form essays, articles, press releases, and occasional copy writing for social media and other advertisements. Ability to work collaboratively with our Director, Social Media Producer and Art Researchers/Writers on an ongoing basis. No individual Researcher/Writer is expected to perform on all types projects through ViCA, therefore projects are continually offered on a freelance basis. Please send links/writing samples/CV to: juri@veniceica.org, and please include Art Researcher/Writer in the subject line of your email.
